Key Account Manager – Clients

Location – Milan

Job Summary
To ensure the achievement of the advertising sales and revenues goals defined for Populis Engage, monitoring the related client management activities.



  • To analyze the clients portfolio, assessing actual and potential clients behaviour, contacting them and understanding their requirements;
  • To coordinate the definition of the offering document addressed to the Client, in case in cooperation with the other Units;
  • To submit the offering to the customer and manage the negotiation, within the defined frames, involving Marketing & Special projects Unit for analyzing non-standard requests;
  • To cooperate with Media Agencies  about related clients portfolio for pushing advertising campaigns in order to increase revenues;
  • To ensure the correct implementation of the commercial order and to supervise the customer post-sales management;
  • To analyze the specific campaign performance (unique visitors, impressions, click through rate…..), basing on the AD Server data, comparing them with the assigned goals and giving evidence to the customer;
  • To create action plans as well as set and meet revenue goals for designated target;
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to build, implement and drive immediate sales and establish long-term relationships with Clients at all levels;
  • Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing Clients, dealing with all aspects of a campaign;
  • Using an existing network of industry contacts to generate business;

Essential Requirements

  • At least 8 years professional experience, with minimum 5 years experience in advertising sales within online business;
  • Proven track record in Sales and deep knowledge of advertising online Clients market in Milan;
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and start-up mentality, with pronounced analytical skills;
  • Excellent verbal, written, communication, and presentation skills
  • Confidence, tact and a persuasive manner
  • Good communication and negotiating skills
