The User Experience designer is responsible to develop and improve the user experience on our products. The Ux designer plan and conduct user, stakeholder and competitive research will drive personas and scenarios that will result in, annotated wireframes, interactive models, prototypes and functional specifications. - Job Summary:The User Experience designer is responsible to develop and improve the user experience on our products. The Ux designer plan and conduct user, stakeholder and competitive research will drive personas and scenarios that will result in, annotated wireframes, interactive models, prototypes and functional specifications. The main aim is to design experiences that “wows” customers and stakeholders
Responsibilities
- • Understand the company's goals and target audiences for each individual project in order to create effective, innovative, standardsbased and on-budget digital solutions.
- • Create prototypes, wireframes, mockups, and requirements specifications for new sites, social media apps, as well as feature requests to existing sites and new mobile devices.
- • Create and manage user and business needs research, evaluate current user experience of our product conducting: Interviews, usability testing, User Surveys, card sorting A/B testing, Storytelling, personas and scanarios.
- • Stays abreast of latest trends in interfaces, UX, technologies, social behaviors and applies to groundbreaking design and innovative user experiences
- • Suggest solutions that are optimized considering customer needs, business constraints, and technological realities
- • Take responsibility for creating the user interface of key customer experiences and projects, concentrating on end-to-end scenarios and key user tasks
- • Contribute to product definition and documentation process, create, maintain and share project documentation (Design Standards/Interaction Patterns) alongside project execution.
- • Utilize design standards and best practices to define and implement design criteria, design guidelines, and design specs (Expected deliverables include UI Style Guide, UI Patterns Library, SW Documentation Style Guide, among others).
- • Design and conduct usability testing Moderate and analyze usability testing
- • Create and rationalize user-centered designs by considering market analysis, customer feedback and usability findings
- • Utilize business requirements and market research to assist in developing use cases.
Requirements
- • 4-6 years of experience in User experience design and user center design.
- • Master's Science in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Human Factors, or related field;
- • In-depth understanding of user-centered design principles and tools;
- • Demonstrated fluency with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Axure, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, etc;
- • Familiarity with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, etc;
- • Fluent English and Italian.
- • Passion for engaging in new technologies, new software concepts and innovations in general.
- • Good communication, listening and presentation skills in order to be effective in all roll-in and roll-out activities for the team’s prototypes.
- • Strong portfolio/work samples of sitemaps. process/nav/work flows.

- • High level of attention to detail, self-motivation and agility to prevail in a challenging, continuously changing landscape
- • Passion for engaging in new technologies, new software concepts and innovations in general.
