Responsibilities

• As a Head of Publisher Development Network Manager, you are responsible for the development and support of our blog network. You identify active new blogs and try to win this for cooperation with us. You take care and activate our partners in the advertising integration. You are responsible to build-up the team and processes to ensure significant growth of the Bloggers/publishers development network

Requirements

• 5 years experience in management of the Publisher/Affiliate environment
• Experience in building-up and manage a team of 2-3 people
• Business acumen and experience in liasing/relating to sales organization
• Enthusiasm for social media topics
• Very good communication skills, outgoing personality and presentation skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Strong commitment, flexibility and team spirit
• Conceptual, organizational and analytical skills
• Taking responsibility for your own action
• Fluency in German is a must
• Good command of English spoken and written
• Good knowledge of all MS Office products
