The Key Account Manager International is in charge of the Sales activities on the international markets the company is operating on, extending local deals globally and setting up new international partnerships. He/she is the responsible for performance based partnerships. He/she ensures the achievement of the assigned revenues budget and monitors the related client management activities.

- Job Summary:The Key Account Manager International is in charge of the Sales activities on the international markets the company is operating on, extending local deals globally and setting up new international partnerships. He/she is the responsible for performance based partnerships. He/she ensures the achievement of the assigned revenues budget and monitors the related client management activities.
Responsibilities
- Key account management of existing global clients in different verticals (motors, women, travel, finance,…) and on different markets (DE, UK, FR, ES, NL, ITA)
- Strong focus on performance-based deals (CPC, CPL, CPA, special projects,…)
- Extension of existing local partnerships at an international level
- Coordination of international partnerships/deals with local sales force
- Evaluation of new opportunities for international deals and partnerships on all markets through the Populis properties
- Negotiation of terms and economic conditions in the offer and formal setup up new contracts according to company’s policies, interacting internally with marketing
- Coordination and overview of technical implementation of new deals and changes in existing ones, interacting internally with product development
- Monitoring of economic performance of existing and new deals towards the targets
- Delivery of regular sales account planning & reporting for international markets, setting up and putting in place action plans for reaching the targets
Requirements
- University degree, preferably in New Media, Communication, Marketing or Business.
- Several years of experience managing online advertising and business development activities.
- Fluent knowledge of English and Italian is considered a must and possibly other main European languages (French, Spanish, German).
- Outstanding knowledge of the internet advertising market
- A thorough understanding of online media and fully conversant in buying models (CPC, CPA, CPM and Hybrid)
- Wide understanding of implementations such as White Labels, Co-Brands, Text Links, XML feeds, APIs, contextual advertising and display advertising
- Substantial level of sales & business development experience, preferably in the online or internet industry with a proven track record of success.
- Entrepreneurial. Capable of identifying opportunities and taking the appropriate initiatives to capitalize on them.
- Outstanding negotiation skills
- Strong communication skills are a must
