The Web Producer junior is responsible to develop and improve the markup on our products. He focuses on the elements of the site that tie directly to what the user sees. Building technical structure behind the page designs and flows, as well interactive elements within the site.

• Job Summary:The Web Producer junior is responsible to develop and improve the markup on our products. He focuses on the elements of the site that tie directly to what the user sees. Building technical structure behind the page designs and flows, as well interactive elements within the site.

Responsibilities

• • Create high-performance, reusable, and well-tested front-end markup.
• • Create purely semantic and valid XHTML and CSS.
• • Create cross browser framework issues with UI JavaScript and CSS.
• • Measure and optimize the performance of solutions (as page speed, image download performance and more).
• • Measure the front-end/client side performance.
• • Contribute and drive technical innovation.
• • Developing reusable markup framework standards.
• • Providing innovative solutions.
• • Work closely with members of the UX team and Visual Design Team to achieve desired results, uphold visual standards.
• • Responsible for scoping, estimating, and reporting progress of his work.
• • Involvement with other Technologists in formalizing front-end standards and best practices.
• • Produce technical documentation that shares knowledge effectively.
• • Provide to bugfix all the Xhtml and CSS bugs.
• • Define and Learn the best pratices to deploy in the future.

Requirements

• • 1+ years of experience as html/css developer.
• • Experience developing websites using XHTML for structure and CSS for style
• • Experience creating enhanced user-interfaces using JavaScript and AJAX
• • Experience with a JavaScript Toolkit such as jQuery or YUI
• • Experience cutting and and translating PSDs into functional XHTML/CSS
• • Experience measuring and improving the performance of website front-ends a plus
• • Familiarity with an Open Source CMS such as WordPress a plus
• • Familiarity with mobile development a plus
• • Familiarity with HTML5 or CSS3
• • Familiarity with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, etc;
• • Fluent English and Italian.
• • Passion for engaging in new technologies, new software concepts and innovations in general.
• • A strong portfolio, available for viewing, showing great sense of your works is required

• • High level of attention to detail, self-motivation and agility to prevail in a challenging, continuously changing landscape

• • Good communication, listening and presentation skills in order to be effective in all roll-in and roll-out activities for the team’s prototypes.
