Finance and Administration Manager

The candidate will manage all aspects of office administration and financial issues for Mokono. The candidate will have responsibility for:sales operations, managing finance aspects, managing certains Human Resource aspects

Responsibilities

  • University Business Degree is required. Additional qualifications , while not a requirement would be an advantage.
  • The candidate should have 5-10 years of experience, including 3-4 years performing a similar or related role
  • The candidate should have a solid finance background, and have book-keeping experience.
  • A good level of computer skills is important i.e. Excel, Datev (or similar package) mainly.
  • Fluency in Italian and English is essential.
  • Experience working in a multi-national environment would be a strong advantage.
  • Experience working in a high tech environment would be an advantage
  • PERSONAL QUALITIES AND SKILLS:
  • Ability to work on own initiative, self-starter.
  • Hands on, flexible approach to work and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong customer focus (both internal and external).
  • Quick-learner and close attention to detail.
  • Commitment to doing a first class job (i.e. accurate, timely and well documented).
  • Good intelligence, common sense and business awareness.
